We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
Used items, sale items, and clearance items do not qualify for return.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@canadiantacklestore.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Returns and exchanges are the financial responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified (ie: defective product). If you need help precuring a shipping label, please contact us and we can provide one as well as direct billing through our online store. Standard taxes and fees apply.

Damages and issues
- Please inspect your order upon receiving your package. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- Any damages or issues not reported within 3 days of receiving my not qualify for return.
- In some cases defective or damaged items may be need to be taken up with the manufacturer (ie: Daiwa reels under warranty, etc.) but please always contact us first.
Exchanges or Full Return
- If you ordered the wrong colour, size or item, we want you to have the best experience so contact us and we will do what we can to see if we can find a solution. Return shipping is the reasonability of the customer.
- It is at the responsibility of the customer if the wrong size of clothing is bought, to pay for the exchange shipping charges
Exceptions / non-returnable items
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
- Used items, sale items, and clearance items do not qualify for return.
- Due to COVID-19 health restrictions, clothing and wearable accessories cannot be returned or exchanged for the safety of our staff and customers.
